The project consists of two volumes, one
Romstal office and showroom building comprising a basement, ground with body offices, lobby, reception and bar, office and showroom body: lobbying expo, hall sale, circulation and office nodes "open space".
The other volume includes warehouse Romstal that develop partial basement, ground and 2 floors.
