Project presentation:
The existing building has 7 floors with successive withdrawal of terraces and a technical area on the 8th and 9th floors. The aim was to change the function of the existing building from a collective housing into a hotel.
The designation of the building: tourism building with the following main functions:hotel with accommodation spaces, secondary areas: public food areas (bar, restaurant), reception desk, related areas: technical areas: (central heating, central ventilation, water management for household use and fire extinction, general electrical panel), kitchen, office level, garbage room, laundry, ancillary areas, civil defense shelter.
