The building has a height regime 4S + P 12's for the A volume - the amount found in the intersection with Dacia Blvd Str. Eminescu and 4S + P E + E 8 for the B technical volume, found in the extension of the high volume on Dacia Blvd.
Downstairs, the building is open on Prepelitei Street route, which will be treated as any pedestrian road.

Structure strength:
The body structure is resistant to metal type with fire protection , with towers, eccentric struts main beams and secondary beams of steel members, reinforced concrete floors.
Resistance structure for the B volume is a composite, reinforced concrete and metal elements with fire protection. Reinforced concrete structure is made up of a core and an independent wall in right axis 5. The remaining structure is the type of metal termoprotejate fire with eccentric struts main beams and secondary beams. Floors are concrete.
