Project presentation:
The set consists of 3 buildings with destinations as office space, completed in 2 stages.
The first phase includes building C3-8 floors, basement , ground floor and technical floor made during the period 2006-2008 and the second stage includes buildings C4 (Ac = 5035.17 square meters) and C5 (Ac = 5035.17 sqm) including the 2basement,ground floor, 8 floors and technical floor for Staff Working (2008-2010).
Spatial organization includes an extensive underground parking area on the maximum permitted by the limitations of land and installations inside routes.
Ground floor spaces are removed before the current floor, having provided a sufficient area of space still for rent. Both ground floor and floors have an organization of "open space" around a central node which contains lifts, evacuation routes, toilets, kitchenettes space for serving. Office areas can partition so as to satisfy needs.
