Project presentation:
Administrative offices, was designed as a multifunctional building, due to the need to join the beneficiary of specific functions. Upper floors contain office space, designed and divided according to different departments. Central space levels, is either free, in order to realize a communication between two levels, through a hole in floor and a staircase, be equipped meeting rooms.
Due to special functions, with the representative, located in the basement, the whole building was built in a sunken courtyard, through the space in the basement, get light, and a visual extension in the form of terraces, which in case of exhibition space, Volkswagen commercial machines can be used as an outer space presentation.
The appearance, volume simple, with large glass surfaces, is emphasized by the different shades of color of the glass curtain walls.
Structure strength:
Resistance structure is composed of mixed reinforced concrete rings that form three tubular supports, linked to higher levels through a drum of reinforced concrete and steel structure space. Floors floors are supported by metal rods, hang the spatial structure. Over the basement floor diaphragms and is supported by pillars of basement, ground floor hub was obtained free of poles.
