Project presentation:
The set consists of two buildings with destinations as office spaces + P 5 E 6 part, that S + P +4 E + technical floor.
The basement has been developed for a maximum surface to ensure optimal state of parking in relation to the lettable areas, critical in the context of that whole area was developed.
Following the same principle, the space on the second floor of buildings is reduced to the absolute minimum - access lobbies, cafeteria, toilets and structural nodes that contain vertical movements of the buildings.
Office spaces were designed as "open space", how are modulated facade and facilities allowing easy subsequent partitioning of space.
