The activity profile of the building: building for tourism and business center;
Intention that the building was not fully integrated into this modern city architecture, but rather to keep the contrast between new and old.
As a continuation of the exterior, the interior is treated in a modern way of providing a sensory experiment that we go through.
Atrium is designed as a space for directing traffic to places where there are collateral important functions such as restaurants, bars, offices of banks, travel agency.

Structure strength :
The set was designed on a mixed structure consisting of metal poles and beams for high volume that houses the main functions related to accommodation and the hotel and concrete frames for the low, which include office and rooms for rent than conferences
